Mom to Moms Advisor is the one stop place for your childcare needs as we are not an agency after making a quick buck. We work with you and your Nanny to ensure there is a secure and a safe environment for your child(ren).

We have a criteria to differentiate between those working in child care. We recommend those Nannies who
Have verifiable references
Be Ladies who enjoy working in childcare and will be fully interactive with your child.
Work without being glued to their cell phones.
Will not be expected to be seen in a park sitting on a bench.
Will not be expected to be setting up meetings to socialise with their friends during working hours calling them 'play dates'
Feel they have chosen to work in childcare because they love children, rather than it is the only way they can earn a living!
Typically, the Nannies whom we have placed to date are healthy, energetic, fluent in English, and are legal to work in the United States.
Process
Initial consultations in your home where we can meet both parents and discuss your requirements. We can then work out the type of carer you could use.
We will advertise in the open market and interview every credible candidate whom will respond. On average, we get 300+ responses to any advertisement we place.
You will be forwarded details of a handful of candidates for you to consider for an interview.
A trial day will be arranged with your chosen candidate after which you can decide to go ahead and hire the caregiver or consider another candidate for a trial day.
The candidate whom you will choose to hire will be requested to register with the NYPD for a state-wide search on their background as well as register with the FBI for a nationwide check PRIOR to commencing employment
Background investigation includes, but not limited to
- Criminal background check.
- Registered sex offender check.
- Social Security verification.
- Address verification.
- Education verification
- Department of Motor Vehicles check.
- Assets check.
- Loan & bankruptcy search.
- Patriot Act search.
- Telephone interviews of nanny’s cohabitants, neighbors, and landlord.
- Telephone interviews of nanny’s work references (if provided).
- Internet social networking search, to identify whether the nanny has an active blog profile (on such sites as MySpace or Facebook), and assess the appropriateness of the content.
What happens after the caregiver is hired?
Ongoing communication with both the child carer and the family.
Support and advice on dealing with issues such as salary reviews, benefits and bonuses.
We are available 24/7 to answer any questions you might have or deal with any queries.
Nanny/Babysitter/Baby Nurse Consulting
Baby Nurse Fee : $2500
Permanent Full Time Nanny Fee : $3500
Permanent Part-Time Nanny Fee : $1500
Back Up/Occasional Nanny Fee : $750 (one off fee to call and hire a pre-chosen caregiver when ever your regular caregiver cannot work)
